It just wasn’t worth the price for me. I’m kind of burnt out on paying more and more for every service lately, and this one didn’t feel like it justified the cost

My order showed up in a nice box and was wrapped neatly. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it did feel like someone took a little care packing it. One corner of the box was slightly squashed, just enough to notice, but the item inside was perfectly fine

I had an issue and they got it sorted really quickly. You don’t always expect customer service to be that smooth, but this was a good experience.

I bought a dress from them and was happy with it, especially the whole sustainable approach. The materials felt thoughtful, and it didn’t show up buried in a mountain of plastic, which I really appreciated. At first I was like, okay, is this just another brand saying the right things? But then I opened the package and thought, actually no, this feels like they’re genuinely trying to cut down on waste. That kind of thing matters to me.

The clothes all felt a bit too similar to me, and I didn’t see much that felt unique or original. For the price, I was expecting designs that were more interesting. I could see other customers feeling the same if they’re looking for something that really stands out

I ordered a dress and the shipping was way slower than I thought it would be. The tracking just sat there for days barely doing anything, so I kept refreshing it like, okay, is this thing lost or what?
It did finally arrive and the dress was fine, so yay I guess. But the wait was super annoying and kind of made me not want to order again. A simple heads-up about delays would’ve made a big difference.

It fits nicely overall and is still comfy, but it does feel a bit snug on me. If you’re between sizes, I’d probably size up. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like a little extra room would make it perfect

The clothes themselves look really nice, but using the website was a little frustrating. It’s hard to describe, but everything just felt slower and clunkier than it should, especially on mobile. I had to tap around more than expected just to find sizes and delivery info. I was hoping it would be a smoother experience.

The new size showed up fast and fits so much better. Felt like a small win getting it sorted without any hassle. I’d definitely buy again
